At Olèa, we pour our heart, time, and local know-how into creating every travel guide, custom itineraries, and consultations. Everything we offer is designed to support conscious, intentional, and unforgettable journeys through Italy and beyond.

That said, we understand that sometimes plans change, and we’re here to help where we can.

Here’s how our refund policy works:

Digital Products (e.g., Travel Guides)

Due to the nature of digital products, all travel guide purchases are final and non-refundable. Once the file is delivered, there’s no way for us to take it back, and we hope you understand. That said, if you experience any issues downloading your file or if something doesn’t look right, please reach out to us. We’ll always try to make it right.

Custom Itineraries & Travel Consulting Services

For custom travel planning services including tailor-made itineraries or 1:1 consultations, our refund policy depends on the stage of the project:

⟶ If You Cancel Before We Start

If you cancel before any work has begun, we’re happy to offer a full refund, minus any payment processing fees.

⟶ If Work Has Already Started

If we’ve already begun researching or designing your trip, a partial refund may be available based on how much time and work has been completed.

⟶ After Final Delivery

Once your custom itinerary or service has been delivered, we’re unable to issue refunds. But if something doesn’t feel right or you need a few tweaks, please don’t hesitate to ask. We want you to feel confident and excited about your journey.

Group Trips or Special Projects

If you’ve booked a group trip or a special project with us, your refund eligibility will depend on the specific cancellation terms shared at the time of booking. These vary depending on the trip and the partners involved, so please refer to your booking email or reach out directly if unsure.
